From the week beginning Monday 12th July 2021; there will be road closures affecting traffic on Sheet Road, Ludlow for highway improvement works in connection with our development off Sheet Road. We anticipate the closure will last for approximately six weeks until 22nd August 2021. Access to properties in the immediate vicinity of the proposed highway works will be maintained, all other traffic will need to follow the signed diversion route with access to Sheet Road and Squirrel Lane for frontages only
Advance warning signs for these works have been erected, diversion and road closed signage will be erected prior to the closure coming into effect.
Traffic into ‘The Business Centre’ and ‘Rural Enterprise Centre’ from the A49 will be unaffected and may continue to operate as normal; however, any traffic turning left on to Sheet Road out of the these properties should return to the A49 and follow the signed diversion.
Any traffic entering Sheet Road from the south may do so for frontage access only, diverted traffic must not use Squirrel Lane and signage will be erected to advise traffic accordingly.
We strongly urge road users to follow the approved diversion and apologise in advance for any inconvenience during this closure.
