The Shropshire Homes head office is a beautifully converted workhouse, based just a few miles outside of Shrewsbury. Here you will find our core teams and departments that are responsible for drawing/design, purchasing, quantity surveying, sales and marketing, as well as accounts, customer care, and health and safety.
Collectively, they help to design, develop and manage the properties, as well as ensuring Shropshire Homes remains an efficiently run and financial stable company, which targets year-on-year growth.
From the moment visitors arrive at our head office they will receive a level of friendly professionalism that we pride ourselves on.

Whether it’s working with English Heritage to transform a derelict, crumbling listed building into luxury apartments, or building attractive executive properties. our on-site teams are true masters of their trades. Our customers demand homes built to the highest specifications, and it’s the skill and craftsmanship of our on-site teams that allows us to not only meet but exceed this commitment. Developments are overseen by experienced site managers who have trained for many years to hone their skills. Under their guidance, teams of builders, contractors and sub-contractors work in a coordinated manner to create unique sites that eventually evolve into thriving communities.

Celebrating the growing skills and capability within the company, Shropshire Homes have continued to challenge themselves in the exciting yet competitive industry of awards. 2019 was a successful year for the company, concluding with three fantastic finalist and winner results at some of the regions most ambitious awards ceremonies. Finishing as a regional winner for the Midlands LABC Awards was certainly the cherry on the cake for the Shropshire Homes' team!
