Shropshire Homes has submitted an application for forty-four 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes off Hanwood Bank, Hanwood.

Contribution towards local projects and community services, through the payment of CIL (Community Infrastructure Levy), Section 106 and the New Homes Bonus amounting to in excess of £500,000 of contributions to the local area as well as an increase to Council Tax revenue
