Tom previously worked at Taylor Wimpey as Commercial Manager, following gaining a 1st in his BSc in Construction Project Management.

He began working for Shropshire Homes as our Commercial Director in 2021 at the age of just 27, making him the company’s youngest director. He is also our first Commercial Director!

Fun fact – Tom is a keen golfer and runner, and ran the London Marathon in 2024.

Louisa has spent the majority of her career in the purchasing departments of various companies, working as a Buyer for Freyssinet and a Specialist Civil and Structural Engineering Company Buyer for Torton Bodies. 

She joined Shropshire Homes as a Buyer in 2019 and has looked after a wide range of our developments over the past 7 years.

Fun Fact – Louisa takes a keen interest in sport, particularly cricket and is an ECB qualified cricket scorer and has scored some of the Shropshire Development Games. She spends most of her time running around after a lively 4-year-old who is now also taking an interest in cricket!
