This week, we caught up with Phoebe Bright, Sales Executive at our Wynne Place development in Park Hall, to find out more about her journey into the construction industry and her experience so far.
Phoebe joined Shropshire Homes 4 months ago in June 2026, starting out as a Trainee Sales Executive. During her initial training, she spent time learning from Sales Executives across our developments, gaining valuable insight into the role before taking on the responsibility of Sales Executive at Wynne Place.
For Phoebe, one of the biggest positives of joining Shropshire Homes has been the people around her. She said, “There is always someone on the end of the phone to offer help and support. From our team of sales executives across the developments to the site team here at Wynne Place, no problem is ever too big and there is always someone willing to help in any situation.”
Having always been interested in property, Phoebe saw the construction industry as an opportunity to build a career with plenty of opportunities and room to grow, allowing her to explore different routes as her interests and experience develops.
With her own career still in its early stages, Phoebe has some valuable advice for others thinking about entering the industry, insisting people should not let their lack of experience hold them back with personal qualities being just as important when applying for a role. She also encourages people to take opportunities, put themselves forward and view every interview as a chance to learn something new.
Since joining the business, Phoebe has already been presented with opportunities that have left her feeling motivated and excited about what lies ahead in the future for her career at Shropshire Homes. Her priority now is to see Wynne Place continue to grow, while supporting customers through their journey towards finding their dream home.
