What are Assisted Move Schemes?
At Shropshire Homes, we offer Part-Exchange and Simply Move schemes, where we work with local estate agents to sell your home for you.
Available on selected plots, your existing home must be within our operating area, and we will appoint two independent valuers to value your home before making an offer.
How does Part-Exchange work?
We are a guaranteed cash purchaser who will buy your existing home! You can stay in your old home until your new home is ready to move into, having peace of mind without worrying about a chain, while still achieving a fair price for your old property.
There must also be a 30% differential between your old property and our home, based on the valuations we receive.
How does Simply Move work?
Once valuations have taken place and you have agreed the market price, we will instruct our nominated Estate Agent to market your home. We will also pay the Estate Agent’s selling fee for you, making the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. All we ask is for you to check over the property details and make yourselves available to show interested parties around.
As soon as a proceedable buyer is found for your home we can complete a formal reservation agreement on your dream home!

Jacques & Shannon's 'Outstanding' Part-Exchange Experience
Jacques & Shannon originally bought from us in 2021 at our Crudgington Fields development, in a three-bedroom Bushbury. This year, they decided to part-exchange their home and upgrade to a four-bedroom Fenton on the same development.
