Five-year old Freddy Kinsey enjoyed an extra special viewing appointment at Quarry Place in Ludlow on his birthday last weekend, after watching the development progress throughout the year.
Freddy, who lives nearby, has been watching the construction team at work since building began and likes to check most days to see what has changed. When Sales Advisor Lucie Watson received an enquiry about a surprise visit to the Sales Office, she was overjoyed to oblige.
Freddy enjoyed a tour of the brand-new show home and found out more about the houses and apartments available at the development. He was given a souvenir brochure to take home and thoroughly enjoyed his appointment.
Family friend, Teresa said, “Freddy has watched the work on site from the start and says he is going to buy one of the homes. He absolutely loved his visit and Lucie was so lovely to him, we think she now has a friend for life.”
