Part Exchange
You can part exchange your existing home for your dream home from Shropshire Homes. Only available on selected plots and developments, please speak to our Sales Executive to get started on the smooth transition into your new home. Simply Move
To allow you to move into your new home, Shropshire Homes will help you sell your existing home. The scheme is only available on selected plots, with the location of the interested buyer’s property required to be within our operating area. Key Worker Scheme
If you work in a qualifying sector (listed on our website), you could receive £500 for every £50,000 you spend on your new dream home!
Parent Power Scheme
If you are receiving financial aid from your parents, on selected plots we will also help boost your deposit up by 2.5% alongside your gifted deposit from your parents.
Deposit Boost
If you are struggling to raise enough for your house deposit we’ve got you covered. We’ll boost your deposit, increasing your affordability and it could give you a better interest rate on your mortgage.
