It is hard to imagine what your home is going to look like when it is not even built, but Caroline’s description was perfect, creating a detailed and thorough image in our minds.
"We chose a three-bedroom Berwick house-type and it felt right straight away. The two big bedrooms are a really good size and the small bedroom is perfect as a guest room. The bathroom is finished to a really high standard and the kitchen/dining room is our favourite part of the house.
“We were able to choose extras such as a double oven and we love the blank canvas of a newly built home, perfect for adding our own finishing touches. The garden is a great size and perfect for a landscaping project for Luke.
“The development of our home was ahead of schedule, allowing us to move in slightly earlier than our original anticipated completion date, which we were thrilled about.
