Nadine Singh, her husband and son recently moved into their forever home, a Grasmere from our Classic Collection, at Shropshire Homes’ Crudgington Fields.
Nadine’s daughter previously bought at the Beeches in Ironbridge, so Nadine and family were familiar with the high quality and character of Shropshire Homes. Deciding to move from their house in Randlay, Telford, they were attracted by Crudgington Fields due to its countryside location with amenities close by in Shrewsbury, Telford and Newport.
On asking Nadine how her experience with Shropshire Homes was as a whole, she said “Our experience of Shropshire Homes was a very positive one. We dealt with many people including those from Head Office who tried very hard to ensure our purchase went as well as possible, and a particular mention to Helen Pritchard”.
Nadine and family found the Site Manager extremely professional, going to great efforts to explain all aspects of their new home, and ensuring he would be on site to deal with any queries on move-in day. In addition, they found Sales Executive, Caroline was always friendly and helpful throughout their customer journey experience. She also mentioned how the site team, including plumbers, electricians, finishers, carpenters and ground workers, were outstanding in every way.
On asking Nadine what she thinks of her new home, she said “Our new home is superb, we are absolutely thrilled with it”. She added “We were lucky enough to secure a plot with an amazing view!”.
Having bought the Grasmere, a four-bedroom detached family home, Nadine intends for this to be their forever home, but if she ever had to move, she told us she would definitely buy another home from Shropshire Homes. She also stated “We have already highly recommended Shropshire Homes to many friends, colleagues and acquaintances”. What a lovely thing to hear!
