With the recent opening of our beautiful Blakeley Show Home at Derrington Meadows, children and staff from Brown Clee CE Primary School came to take a look at the bedroom designed by one of their pupils, Grace!
In collaboration with our interior designers, Chapter 9 Design, Shropshire Homes ran a competition where children from the local school were given the opportunity to design a children’s bedroom based on their favourite book, using a template designed by our interior design team to create their own room layouts, deciding on furniture, a colour scheme, and adding some creative flair!
Our winner, Grace, designed her bedroom based on ‘Fantastic Mr Fox’ by Roald Dahl, and her incredibly creative moodboard was brought to life by our interior designers.
Grace was very pleased with how her design had been made reality, and we’re very impressed with her stunning bedroom – well done Grace! We have a feeling there’s a new rising star in the interior design world…
