Shifnal Shockers, a Public Access Defibrillator fundraising group based in Shifnal, received a welcome boost to their fundraising pot with £450 raised from a recent raffle to win a hamper of chocolates. Shifnal Shockers Chair and Shropshire Homes IT Manager, Jon Sharrock, commented ''these funds will enable us to replace the cabinet on the market place toilets.''
Jon would like to thank all of those who have donated hamper supplies and purchased raffle tickets and would like to extend his thanks to those dedicated to Shifnal Shockers ongoing support.
With defibrillators requiring continual maintenance to make them suitable for public use, fundraising efforts are ever ongoing.
