Reserving their dream home in June 2022, they were the first-ever residents to reserve at Orleton Fields and an Orleton house type from the Classic Collection.
To find out all about how they’re settling in, we visited them at their beautiful home. As they stepped into their new abode, the kitchen stole their hearts at first glance. Its open-plan layout, complete with a breakfast bar, dining room area, and enchanting bifold doors, created an inviting space filled with natural light and a seamless connection to the outdoors.
It wasn't just the interior that has impressed the couple; their large garden felt like a paradise for Mabel and Margot to explore and play freely, a far cry from the stereotypical new build gardens.
Describing Orleton Fields as quiet, peaceful, and filled with a welcoming community, Rhiannon and Gavin feel very much at home. The solid and warm ambiance of their house creates an inviting feel, and their personal touches and interior design choices are stylish and contemporary – we love what they have done!
With all the amenities they could wish for, including two local pubs, a Post Office, a store, and even a local dog walking group, Orleton Fields offers the perfect blend of tranquil living and convenience, and with the charming towns of Ludlow and Leominster just a short drive away, it has the best of both worlds.
