Our Sales Guidance (updated 24/03/2020):

Due to the recent government guidelines, it is with great sadness that Shropshire Homes will be closing Sales Centres and Show Homes as of today, Tuesday 24th March.

However, we would like to reassure all current and prospective customers that we are still open for all enquiries via other means of communication, including:

  1. Phone Call
  2. Text Message (mobile only)
  3. WhatsApp (mobile only)
  4. Email
  5. Social Media Messenger (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram)

In this concerning time, we are here to help and support where possible. Whether you are a home owner or prospective customer, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your usual enquiries or concerns, our business hours are open as usual.

As always thank you for your support, stay safe.

Customer Care

Due to the current climate with regard to COVID-19 and the guidelines which have been advised by Government Officials, Shropshire Homes have taken the step with regard to Customer Care that all “non essential” remedials will be suspended initially for 30 days hence

We are of course constantly assessing but envisage no change at present until advised accordingly .  If you have programmed work arranged of course this is now on hold.

However we are going to cover urgent/emergency calls only. Please be aware that this by its very nature carries strict stipulations in respect of firstly contacting to ascertain your health and your family’s health and whether we can attend. If agreed we are in a position to protect ourselves to protect you but we will be following guidelines.

If it is ascertained you are part of the “At Risk” criteria then it may not be possible to attend

We understand that this can cause concern but we do have a duty of care and are being as practical and constructive as we can

Please accept our best wishes for the foreseeable future and take care.

If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to get in touch immediately.
