In August, Shropshire Homes were pleased to receive planning permission for 110 homes at Park Hall in Whittington, close to Oswestry.
The new development at Park Hall will include a selection of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom market homes in addition to:

- Multiple play areas and outdoor exercise space
- Cycle path enhancements between Park Hall and RJAH Hospital

After careful consideration, the development will be called Wynne Place, named after Major Wynne Corrie who was the former owner of Park Hall prior to giving it up for the military to use as their headquarters in 1915.
