Shropshire Homes are delighted to announce we will be the front-of-shirt sponsor for Shrewsbury Town's home, away and third kits next season.
It means Shropshire Homes have now been sponsoring the club for almost 40 years; the partnership began in 1986, sparked by the vision of Shropshire Homes Chairman Howard Thorne and former company director Phil Northwood, both lifelong Shrewsbury Town supporters.
Wanting to give back to the club they love, the pair saw sponsorship as the perfect way to show their support and raise awareness of their growing business.
In recent seasons, Shropshire Homes have been the proud sponsors of Shrewsbury Town's away and third shirts.
Now, we’re delighted our commitment has been extended to include the home shirt, completing a full-kit sponsorship for the season ahead.
Shropshire Homes Chairman Howard Thorne said:
“Shropshire Homes have been building quality houses in and around the county for over 40 years and have supported Shrewsbury Town for most of that time.
“Our first sponsorship was in 1986, against Chelsea in the FA Cup, and we have been supporting the club ever since.
“Having proudly sponsored the youth team and away shirts for a number of years we are now delighted to have our name on the front all of the clubs shirts.
“We look forward to a successful season under Michael Appleton.”
