Shropshire Homes have recently taken on Shrewsbury College student Zane, to support him in gaining his T-level in Leadership and Administration.
Zane’s T-level will achieve the equivalent of 3 A-levels, and involves 315 hours of required work experience over the two-year course. He’ll spend one day a week over the duration of his final year at Shropshire Homes in our Sales & Marketing department, a department he says he was drawn to for “the people side of businesses, finding a target audience and tailoring everything you do for them.”
Zane chose a T-level over any other course as it offered “the chance to spend lots of hours in real world businesses, giving you the experience that is necessary for starting a career after education, making sure you have the best mix of theory and experience.”
So what’s next for Zane? Developing his business and marketing skills over the following year with our Sales & Marketing department, Zane then looks forward to joining the business world himself, either starting his own business or working in the real estate industry in sales.
