Shropshire Homes’ ethos is to provide a quality product with an exceptional customer experience, but why else should you buy from Shropshire Homes?
1.Location, location, location!
Shropshire Homes’ developments are built in quieter locations, either on the outskirts of a town or in the countryside, and are often smaller than national builders, creating more of a community spirit and a safe place for your family to live.
2. Larger gardens

At Shropshire Homes, we pride ourselves in having bigger gardens than the typical new build home. Don’t just take our word for it, recent home buyers at Lawrence Park said “The garden was a huge draw for us, it was by far the biggest and most private garden we’d seen in a new build…”
3. Luxury high-quality specification as standard
Shropshire Homes’ Legacy, Classic and Prestige Collections all come with a high-quality specification as standard in each home. All of our homes come with UPVC windows, EV charging points, an EPC rating of a B or above and quality build materials.
