They’ll put you in contact with our financial advisors who can offer FREE mortgage advice – they even have access to exclusive new-build deals, and will ensure you’re on the best mortgage rate for you. We also have a panel of new-build solicitors who are experts on our homes, and will be able to support you through all the legalities of your purchase to make the process as simple as possible.
At Shropshire Homes, we offer a range of buying schemes to give you a little helping hand, including Mortgage Subsidy, Parent Power, Deposit Boost and many more!

Our Legacy Collection comes with a range of beautiful finishes, fixtures and fittings as standard, with choices from renowned brands. Depending on the build stage when you make your reservation, you can customise your kitchen cabinets and worktops, bathroom tiling, and flooring throughout. Should you wish, we also have a Personal Touches brochure where you can choose from a wide range of upgrades and extras.
