Ellie and Adam have recently moved in to their first house together on our Hanwood Heights Development.
At the age of just 25 this is already Ellie’s second Shropshire Home, having previously taken a step on the property ladder when she purchased her first home, a two-bedroom Belgrave at The Furlongs in Shrewsbury. Ellie’s mum also lives in a Shropshire Home, as well as Adam’s sister, which meant that the couple had plenty of reassurance that the purchase was right for them.
Adam says, “We weren’t really thinking of moving until we saw the Earlsdale show home at Hanwood and it really inspired us.
“It was the room sizes that impressed us the most. It has a really nice light and airy feel about it and the views from the back of the house were stunning. The whole development is well thought out with a decent amount of space between all the plots.”
Adam’s house sold quickly so they could secure the plot they wanted. As soon as that was done, Ellie and Adam spoke to a financial adviser and secured their mortgage in principal.
Ellie adds, “We were extremely impressed with the standard specification at Hanwood, and the upgrades and extras meant we could just make a few small changes to make the house feel like home.
