As part of Shropshire Homes’ initiative to donate a defibrillator to every community they build in, last week we handed over a defibrillator to the local community of Orleton Fields.
Shropshire Homes, IT Manager and Defibrillator installer, Jon Sharrock, handed over the life saving device to Ron Gittings, member of the local Parish Council. The defibrillator will be located on the community owned Boot Inn, where the Parish Council will manage it and the pub will provide the electricity required.
Jon commented, "We are delighted to provide these public access defibrillators to yet another community."
