Zoe and Nim are proud home owners of the Rowton House Type from Shropshire Homes’ Classic Collection at Forest Edge in Loggerheads. Having moved into their new home last December, they kindly invited our Marketing Manager, Rebecca, into their home to find out how they’ve found the whole home buying journey with Shropshire Homes, from start-to-finish.
Deciding to move to the area, they began searching for their new home. After considering different house builders and privately-owned properties, Shropshire Homes stood out for its high-quality, value for money and layout of its homes, with the Rowton at Forest Edge ticking all their boxes!
Being a quiet development next to beautiful forestry, Zoe and Nim were taken by Forest Edge, specifically loving that it is a smaller development than your typical new housing estate, something which Shropshire Homes prides itself on. They also loved that the area nearby Forest Edge offers lots of scenic places to walk and an abundance of country pubs.
The lovely couple were particularly attracted to the Rowton due to its spacious design, lots of areas for storage, and its large private garden. On asking Zoe and Nim what their favourite thing about their new Rowton home, they both agreed their kitchen and en-suite. They also highlighted what a luxury the rainfall shower is which comes included in the Classic Collection. Having four-bedrooms has worked out well for Zoe and Nim, as Zoe utilises one of the bedrooms as an office for working from home.
Throughout their customer journey, Sales Executive, Ruth has supported Zoe and Nim, with the couple commenting “We couldn’t fault Ruth, she has been so supportive and helpful, always ringing to reassure us and consistently keeping us up-to-date. We really couldn’t say a bad thing about her”.
Zoe and Nim also commented on how wonderful Liam and the construction team have been, having guided them seamlessly through their home buying experience, explaining the stages of build -especially as this is their first new build.
We also asked Zoe and Nim if they would buy from Shropshire Homes again, to which they replied with an adamant “yes”, stating that they would 100% recommend Shropshire Homes to others.
